Not every communication challenge can be solved with a one-off workshop. Sometimes you need something more tailored and more transformational.

Sometimes a keynote or masterclass is exactly what’s needed.

And sometimes, it’s bigger than that.

Sometimes you want to lift the communication skills of an entire leadership team. Sometimes you’re preparing senior leaders for a roadshow, a strategy rollout or a series of high-stakes presentations. That’s where bespoke projects come in.

I’m often invited in to design and deliver tailored programs that meet the moment. It might be an intensive week. It might run over a month. Sometimes it unfolds over three to six months, giving people the chance to learn, practise, refine and actually change the way they communicate.

These programs are built around what your team most needs. That could include storytelling, presentation skills, humour, stagecraft, executive presence and what I call X Factor: the magic that makes a message land and last.

We can combine my keynotes, workshops, coaching and feedback processes in a way that works for your people, your message and your deadline.
