I run business storytelling workshops for leaders. I partner leaders to achieve results using the tools of business storytelling. I share business storytelling techniques, tools and tips for professional success.

When I was 10, my teacher asked us to write up a sentence that made sense, but the sentence could only be made up of ten words, and each word could only have 2 letters. We tried and we tried and came up with nothing. My teacher then wrote on the board 'If it is to be, it is up to me'.

That day my teacher influenced a classroom full of children to think and behave differently, not just in that moment but for the rest of their lives. It was my first lesson in influence and leadership and I was hooked!

I have studied leadership all my life, have taught it at RMIT university, have worked as a leader in corporate Australia for many years and as a thought leader in my own business for over ten years.

CERTIFIED SPEAKING PROFESSIONAL

I am a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP). A CSP designation is the highest honour awarded to speakers across the globe by both Australia’s National and Global Professional Speaking bodies.

In Australia, there are only approximately 150 CSPs in total, and of those, only 50 women CSPs.

For you, as a client, this means you are in expert hands.

My purpose is to help leaders master business storytelling. I work with leaders giving them business storytelling tools so they can engage people and deliver commercial results. I call this amplifying leaders’ performance.

WORKING WITH PASSION

I am committed to social enterprise and support through pro bono work.

I am a voluntary guide at the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV).

I have been a guide since 2010 and helping visitors discover and fall in love with our rich and diverse collection at the NGV lights me up. The voluntary commitment involves, attendance at the weekly educational program, rostered guided tours and guiding in our special exhibitions.

I have also supported the High Resolves Global Citizenship and Leadership Programs. This program offers a three-year transformational experience for high school students in Years 8 to 10.

I also am committed to supporting and working with Pollinate Energy, a not for profit focused on energy access for poor people living in urban India.
